Odd how many of these involve Xander...
The "biteable/nummy treat" conversation between Spike and Xander in Hush. About the closest to canon Spander as was ever put onscreen.
School Hard: I crack up at Xander's slightly suspicious "you're his *sire*? What's a sire?"
Angel kissing Spike on the forehead in Innocence. Not quite as good as Krycek kissing Mulder in The Red and the Black (because that made me fall out of my chair in shock), but close.
The faux-Mayor's statement that all Faith ever wanted was for Buffy to love her.
Xander's slightly dreamy tangent about the attractiveness of Spike's compact yet muscular body in Intervention, capped by the "I'm not sleeping with Spike! Starting to think you might be!" Love me my Jane E.

Angel wearing the black hoodie in season 4 AtS. And I have no idea why that outfit inspires such a strong reaction in me.
Spike, any time when he has the Bed Hair of Partial Redemption, noticeably in Intervention.
Wesley, any time he produces guns and shoots things in slo-mo (ironic that I was laughing at a gun-fetishist site one night, then an hour later saw a Wes-with-guns scene in something like Rain of Fire and had to be scraped off the ceiling)
Players: Gunn in a suit!

Scruffy Wesley, shirtless and in jeans, in Deep Down.
Giles without his glasses. Most notably his entrance in Two to Go.
