This week's Torchwood seems to have split my flist; I enjoyed it a lot but have one uber-petty complaint:


"Ever heard of immaculate conception?"

The idea that Mary was born without original sin in order to make her a perfect vessel for Christ? I've certainly heard of it but I'm not sure how it's relevant to Gwen's situation... oh, you mean virginal conception.

I didn't see this on broadcast but I did read people's reactions so I was expecting the worst re: Gwen and Gwen/Rhys, but I was pleasantly surprised. I love them together, I do. I adored Gwen's little 'squee!' face when she woke up and saw her wedding dress.

I'd be all for it provided Ianto wasn't left emo by it all - prefrably if he was off in a threesome of his own with Tosh and Owen.

Ha! Yes, that would work perfectly. Particularly as Ianto could provide some things for Tosh Owen can't in his present state.
