doyleI am nominally reading papers with a mind to redrafting my literature review, and actually having a think about which characters in non-Doctor Who fandoms are Time Lords who've been through a chameleon arch and turned human, either because it would Explain So Much, it would lead to hilarious consequences when the watch was opened, or it just amuses me. Jeeves from Jeeves and Wooster, obviously. Bernard from Black Books. Giles from Buffy. Jane from Coupling (either she of Jeff would be magnificent companions, by the way.) Anyone from Red Dwarf...? Maybe Kochanski, since she regenerated and no-one noticed. The Stig, of course.
