Dear everyone else,
I've missed you! (Apart from the ones I saw in meatspace at Mecon this weekend, of course. So close to glory in the pub-quiz, before several crappy general knowledge rounds snatched it away. Sniff.) I will never catch up. I feel so disconnected, especially since who_daily, previously my lifeline, hasn't been done in a few weeks.

ETA: I don't suppose anybody's written a DW/Buffy crossover with Sarah Jane/Giles, have they? Just... would be so awesome.

I had vague thoughts concerning the new slayers, the revamped Watchers Council and Torchwood....but Sarah/Giles would be kinda cool. Because they both get left behind by people they love. And. Um. They're both pretty? That's really all I have. I haven't seen it done, but it would be pretty fucking cool. And YES, I will stab those gorram fangirls one of these days. I'm sorry, will the world come crashing to a bloody, firey apocalpse if *gasp* Orlando Bloom is voted Teh Prettiest? And it's Hello magazine. Hardly the bastion of all knowledge everywhere.

I bet that David and Orlando are both out there someone refreshing the poll every two minutes, weeping and considering throwing this whole acting thing in in favour of becoming landscape gardeners every time they go down a point. "If only," they think, "if only we had an army of fangirls to vote for us!
