Give me 1000 comments in this entry. Or whatever, really. YOU, in particular, don't have to supply the whole 1000, but a tiny contribution would be nice. Then let me know if you post this in your journal and I'll return the favor.
Dudes, so this is your chance to spam me with anything! Pictures, lyrics, the word SPAM over and over. Feel free to tell me something about yourself, or screen your comments. Do whatever you want! It's all up to you.
Okay, so I realise 1000 is a tall number so just spam away and we'll see where we get up to. Please entertain me!
Entertain me while I tackle inability to make words come out right and try to get some of these ficathon entries done... You could tell me what strange pairings you're into, since I've been thinking lots about unconventional shipping today. Or anything. Go on.
Also contemplating a game of tag where the first person writes a drabble - 100 words or less - with a pairing and a word or requirement at the end, and the next person writes that one. Might try to instigate a game of that later tonight if the ficathoning goes badly.
ETA: Okay, the drabble tag's here, come and play.

Re: Dawn. Spike. Labyrinth
on 2004-06-21 03:46 am (UTC)"Dance, magic dance." He whispers. He isn't sure what the reference refers to- something or another he has seen on the tele. But it seems appropriate as he pushes against her.
" David Bowie." She replies. She has seen the movie before. It was one of Buffy's favorites. He seems to smile a bit wider at the mention of the British crooner.
She isn't Buffy, but her body is thin like hers, and she likes him well enough. She will do.
(-has too many unsatisfied requests-. Whatever you desire!)
**Wildcard Whoo Hoo!**
on 2004-06-21 08:33 am (UTC)"Carp Diem?"
"Yeah, seize the day."
"That's 'Carpe' Diem, Xander"
"Yeah, that's what I said.. So your past honeys have been less than perfect. Angel. Parker. Riley."
"Pike."
"Please tell me you didn't really sleep with Spike!"
"Xander, relax… I said Pike."
"There's a Pike, now? Do I know this… 'Pike'?"
"He's a guy I used to know, back in LA. Really crazy.. but in a good way. We were.. nice together."
"Don't worry, Buff. There's plenty more Pike's-- er fish-- in the sea."
NEXT: The Cheeseman from Restless.

on 2004-06-22 04:48 pm (UTC)Buffy, Angelus
on 2004-06-21 08:59 am (UTC)He shouldn’t shadow her anymore. He should attack. So far she’s only seen what Angelus does when he’s amused, he still has to gather enough anger to destroy the flimsy illusions she may have left.
Buffy thinks this is a mistake, like her Calling and this parody of a town.
She feels him behind her like the shadow she never requested. Buffy is damned every it brings comfort. Angelus will attack; when he does it will destroy the fragile hope he hadn’t swept away yet.

jealousy, music
on 2004-06-21 01:13 pm (UTC)While he crooned the love song on the stage, like the superstar he was, Spike watched from a dark corner. Buffy was dancing with Riley, but she kept her eyes on Jonathon. The lucky ponce, he could have any girl he wanted. Spike never could, in either reality.
NEXT: Drusilla/The Master
Drusilla/The Master (implied)
on 2004-06-21 01:44 pm (UTC)When Angelus disappeared, Darla took her ungrateful family to the Master’s court for protection.
Drusilla fit in seamlessly. Like a true child of Angelus, she knew what she wanted and who to please to obtain it. Between her foretelling words and the insight she displayed sometimes, the seer quickly found her own niche.
The Master was fascinated by Drusilla’s gift and the advantages her visions brought. Darla understood that winds were changing in a direction she didn’t like.
She took the children back to Eastern Europe claiming nostalgia, then left them after making sure they couldn’t find their way back.
Next: D'Hoffryn, gold
Giles, Willow, "Passions"
on 2004-06-21 09:01 am (UTC)“Sorry, Giles,” Willow gasped out. “He just--” She gave up and collapsed in giggles again.
When she felt Giles’ Hairy Eyeball of Death upon her, Willow sobered. “So, explain this spell to me again.”
“Now that I’m working again, I worried about missing ‘Passions’ and I—“
“And you couldn’t just use a VCR like everybody else?”
Giles scowled. “Infernal contraptions!”
Suddenly, the large doll began crying, “Timmy wants to go home. Tabby misses Timmy!”
Willow dissolved into hysterical laughter once more.
Anything vaguely cross-overy, any character/pairing
Highlander crossover!
on 2004-06-22 05:48 am (UTC)Besides, reclining on the cemetery grass gave her a much better view of Duncan as he sliced through the first demon in one fluid move, sweat beading his throat, and oh, as he swung and lopped off another's head, his long coat swirling, and then dispatched the third with his teeth parted in a grin that could only be described as 'guh'...
“I’ve always liked English guys,” she told him coyly.
Duncan’s face darkened. “English?”

Crossover. Fight Club. Connor/Tyler.
on 2004-06-22 04:13 pm (UTC)By Wednesday there’s another kid on the porch. Tyler says, “He’s too young.”
I say, You’re too young.
Your hair’s too long.
With his head shaved, he’s just another space monkey.
Tyler says, “Find out his name.”
I say, what?
I say, Tyler, There are no names in Project Mayhem.
Tyler’s words coming out of my mouth.
“Kid’s interesting,” he says.
The kid’s name is Steven. Steven hates his father. This is something that Tyler can relate to. His first night at fight club, Steven puts Bob through a wall with one punch. Tyler smiles.
I am Jack’s sibling rivalry.
Next: Dawn/Willow
Crossover. American McGee's Alice. Connor/Alice
on 2004-06-24 08:42 am (UTC)When the fight was over Connor looked into her eyes and could tell that she, like him, enjoyed the hunt.
*****
Angel looked into the girl's wide green eyes and was disturbed to see her eyes dancing with insanity. It was as she took down the demon that he knew she would be perfect for Connor. Tuning he looked at his son, as Connor said, "Dad this is Alice."
Next: Buffy/Holtz, and Connor. Family.
Re: Snatching the Wildcard (Giles/Xander)
on 2004-06-21 07:16 pm (UTC)Sometimes they'd invite one or two others, no one from the gang as the knew what kind of response that would elicit. They kept it a secret for quite some time, ducking into Buffy's basement, the training room, where ever, as long as they weren't watched.
Then Buffy walked in on them.
"Oh god!" she all but shrieked. Willow coming to her side in a moment to heighten their embarrassment.
"What? Are they kissing again?"
"Worse. Dungeons and Dragons."
Next pairing: Giles/Wesley/Xander
G/W/X
on 2004-06-21 09:21 pm (UTC)The new Watcher was nothing like Giles. Xander tried to imagine that perhaps he was like Giles used to be. But it was hard to imagine Giles tripping over his words so much, or being so utterly incompetent with women.
But Giles didn't talk to women much, and behind Wesley's failures with the fair sex lurked a sense of not-caring much either way. They were both geniuses, of course. And they had those twin accents that wrapped around Xander's mind like full-bodied wine.
"Xander? Are you quite alright? You've been staring for several minutes."
Giles was looking at him strangely, Wes peering with his deer-in-the-headlight eyes.
"Fine."
The Watchers exchanged knowing glances. They had more in common then Xander could possibly imagine- yet.

on 2004-06-22 11:18 am (UTC)“Will your Slayer survive such substandard translations?”
He studied every moment of every day, and worked on the occult at night. The five minutes a weekend that he took away from studying were spent practicing martial arts. And it was never enough for his father. The bastard’s scorn continuously ran in his ears,
”Marks like that will kill your Slayer, Rupert.”
He was never going to be a Watcher. He should leave school and live for himself.
He’d start by going to Ethan’s party tonight.
Dawn, Faith (Season three, Monkverse)
Dawn, Faith: Season 3
on 2004-06-22 03:00 pm (UTC)Great, not only did that shiny, golden I-was-Chosen-first Slayer have a bunch of friends, an understanding mother and a sexy watcher, no she had a brat kid sister as well.
Somehow that did her in. She felt cheated. She only got herself and her powers. And a dead watcher. It was lonely at times.
Faith looked at the tiny little girl with the long and shiny hair in front of her.
“You know, I could show you how you can get stuff from the shops for free. Want. Take. Have. What d’ya think?”
