Ah, the tribulations of looking for decent fanfic

Dear Santa,

There's only one thing I want for Christmas this year. Please could you fix it so that all promising fanfic writers, those who have interesting ideas and a nice turn of phrase or dialogue, or who write exactly the kind of fic I want to read (be it angst, schmoopy fluff or even the dreaded high school AU) learn to fucking spell and punctuate properly because it's really really pissing me off!

Or at least send them pretty beta readers in their stockings.

Get me this teeny little thing and I'll overlook that spacehopper I didn't get when I was seven.

I disn't get a space hopper either--Christopher got it. *is thankful most of the Potter and Star Wars fandoms can spell--I say most*
