Old School Doctor Who Episodes Love Meme

I've run memes like this before for companions and for ships (and I'm trying to dig up links to those) and decided it might be fun to try one for all the episodes of old school Doctor Who. In the comments are threads for every story from An Unearthly Child to The TV Movie (actually, The Curse of Fatal Death, because I couldn't leave Lumley Doc out); reply to these comments with what you loved about the episode, whether it's favourite lines, moments, squee for the rubbish dinosaurs, character love, shippiness, screencap picspam, or just 'best episode ever'. No harshing others' squee, please - there are 160 serials linked, there must be some you loved... Loving on stories generally derided by fandom is positively encouraged.

If any have been missed, feel free to stick them on at the end - I've just realised The Myth Makers isn't there...

Swordfight! Sandwich! (Make that sandwiches, Three nicks Jo's in a later scene, too.) Jo callling the Doctor on the Master!love and he, in reply, comes up with the weirdest climax ever ("well, we were friends once... very good friends... in fact, you might say were were - at school together")! Jo breaks the Doctor out of prison (again)!

Yes, I love this muchly.

Jo and the Doctor communicating with each other through the window is adorable. Jo is great in this story - beating up guards, zooming off on a motorbike in search of the Doctor - and I rather covet her handbag.

This was my first encounter with the Delgado Master (in the 1992 repeat season) and he had me at his conversation with the guard.

Master: Just a minute. You're new here, aren't you?
Guard: Arrived yesterday, sir.
Master: Wait...do you know who I am?
Guard: You're the prisoner.
Master: I am the Master...come here. I am the Master. You will obey me. You understand? You will obey me.

The Completely Random Swordfight is awesome, of course. But the best thing is the Doctor's reaction on first seeing the Master via the surveillance camera: "He's put on weight!" Bitter ex-boyfriend much, Doctor?
