Old School Doctor Who Episodes Love Meme

I've run memes like this before for companions and for ships (and I'm trying to dig up links to those) and decided it might be fun to try one for all the episodes of old school Doctor Who. In the comments are threads for every story from An Unearthly Child to The TV Movie (actually, The Curse of Fatal Death, because I couldn't leave Lumley Doc out); reply to these comments with what you loved about the episode, whether it's favourite lines, moments, squee for the rubbish dinosaurs, character love, shippiness, screencap picspam, or just 'best episode ever'. No harshing others' squee, please - there are 160 serials linked, there must be some you loved... Loving on stories generally derided by fandom is positively encouraged.

Ian's reaction to the Doctor's engagement is adorable. I love how much respect the Doctor shows for Barbara when he's arguing with her.

I love goddess!Barbara, and how fast she is on her feet when Tlotoxl begins to challenge her. I love Cameca and the accidental engagement and how darn cute she is with the Doctor. I also love Ian getting trapped in a flooding tunnel even though there's very clearly no actual water there. XD

First story I saw with Hartnell.
Discussions about how you can't change history, pretending to be a religious figure in an attempt to change their culture yet save lives, interesting costumes, and the Doctor getting engaged.
Fun.

Whether or not Barbara's actions were right in the end, I love her for so strongly standing by her principles and holding her ground with the Doctor -- and the way she will gracefully accept that she has made a mistake.

This episode made me an insane One/Cameca shipper.

Also, I am very fond of the whole "How shall we know our gods" exchange between Barbara and Tlotoxl. Tlotoxl is one creepy dude.

YES.
Er, to Ian inna birdsuit, anyway. I had to rewind and rewatch that scene because I was giggling too hard. Seriously, he's all, "THIS ARE SRS BIZNESS" and I'm all, "Ian you are wearing what appears to be six different eagles. I CANNOT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY."
Also, Barbara pwned. Again. Why did Tlotoxl go up against her again? He should've known that's pretty much instant fail.
