Hello! First off, the obligatory thanks for offering to write in at least one of my fandoms; I'm dying for fic about any of them, so whichever one you pick's going to make me happy.

General fic likes and dislikes: I love comedy and snappy dialogue, characters sounding like they do in the source material and close relationships (platonic or romantic). I have a weakness for Christmas fics and the associated cliches (It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Carol, or similar non-Christmassy tropes - I don't care that they've been done to death, they haven't in any of these fandoms...) If you can pull off good crackfic - like throwing vampires, the end of the world, alien invasions or similar weird occurrences into non-supernatural fandoms - I'm all for that. I'm not so keen on major angst without a resolution, non-con, PWP or character/ship bashing.

In each of the fandoms I asked for there's one character I completely adore, so if you don't want to go for the romantic pairing, gen starring them will make me happy. For Poirot, it's Hastings. He just hits all my wonderfully-decent-but-not-intellectually-brilliant sidekick buttons. I'm in love with the portrayal of him in the David Suchet TV series, but if you want to go book canon, that's fine too.

The IT Crowd - I just love Moss. If you can pair him with Roy, I'll worship you, but if not gen is just as good. I'd love to read about Moss (with Roy or solo) doing something geeky - going to a con, writing fanfic, role-playing, anything else you can think of.

The Brady Bunch - Marcia, Marcia, Marcia. Marcia/Greg would be my first choice of pairing, but if you're not comfortable with stepcest, I could go for femslash with her best friend from the first movie, or gen. Bear in mind that I'm not American and haven't seen the TV show, just the movies, so jokes requiring extensive telly-canon knowledge will be lost on me...

Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) (Reeves and Mortimer version) - I wrote this fandom last year, fell madly in love with the show, and was horribly disappointed not to find any fic. Marty's my A1 favourite character here. Again, slash or friendship between Jeff and Marty, it's up to you, provided it's not set pre-Marty's death. No Jeff/Jeannie as the focus, please - although I do love Jeannie, so please don't kill her off or anything.

I hope some of this is of help and that you're not currently ripping your hair out and wishing you hadn't volunteered for that particular fandom... really looking forward to seeing what you can come up with!
