God, reading Outpost Gallifrey threads from the year before season 1 is fab. "I would imagine that there will be a very healthy Father to Daughter style of relationship [between the Doctor and Rose]". I've seen many a sweeping statement about what Ten and Martha's relationship is going to be like, and I remember the same for Ten and Rose after season 1, but I didn't know it started way back before Nine. And someone seriously claiming the Doctor would never cheat on Susan's granny! Someone who isn't nos!

She wasn't being serious :) Also, to play devil's advocate, all we know about Susan's heritage is that she's telepathic, far more intelligent than humans and was seemingly born on Gallifrey - there are still people who dispute she's even the Doctor's real granddaughter (though I disagree with them)
