God, reading Outpost Gallifrey threads from the year before season 1 is fab. "I would imagine that there will be a very healthy Father to Daughter style of relationship [between the Doctor and Rose]". I've seen many a sweeping statement about what Ten and Martha's relationship is going to be like, and I remember the same for Ten and Rose after season 1, but I didn't know it started way back before Nine. And someone seriously claiming the Doctor would never cheat on Susan's granny! Someone who isn't nos!

This is brilliant in so many ways, really. I love how young/new DW fans can't conceive of anything being different from what THEY believe :D And many of the older ones, as well.
