My work made us all get psychometrically profiled yesterday so they 'know how to manage us better' so a man in a very loud tie did the Myers-Briggs test on us. I am an INTJ, which I was quite pleased with till I saw online that it's the same type as Hannibal Lecter. I don't think I should make my boss aware of this.

I am trying to be unspoiled for Torchwood, which is not easy when my flist is full of it (and becomes a losing battle entirely considering I'm a mod at [livejournal.com profile] torch_wood. So far I have learned that at least one character has manpain. I am hoping he is like Angel or Lee from BSG so I can like him but mock his emo woe.

Heh. I'm supposedly an INFP, which is similarly rare and likely to make me a hermit. Step up from psychotic serial killer, but still not the sort of thing that employers are all that keen on.

I can wait to see more of Ianto's manpain. And wordy word word on the spoiler thing: I keep clicking on things I don't want to click on just in case they are bad wrong things that need modding. Have deleted a few things through paranoia already. Soon everyone will hate me. Bum.

"Hidden depths of anguish and darkness" will never stop being funny. Especially after someone asked on the comm asked "what the hell do you have to do to get that on your work personnel file?" I bet Jack writes angsty Ianto fanfic.

I only joined [livejournal.com profile] torch_wood on Friday, and already it's taking up half my flist... you should have seen me trying to read the Ep Guide in a 'not-really-reading-it' kind of way! I'm so gonna be spoiled!

Manpain. *snicker* Sorry, not feeling the Ianto lurve. Think I'm going to be more of an Owen girl. After Jack, of course! I'm fighting the spoileriness, but it's not easy, and somethings I just *have* to watch. The time delay between broadcast there and download here is likely to kill me...

Ianto's pain is DEEP. Oh god, there's going to be so much angsty Ianto fic...

I'm staking my claim right now as a Toshiko/Suzie shipper. (And I've just noticed Suzie's last name is Costello, which according to the Doctor Who Annual is the last name of Rose's never-seen best mate Shareen. RTD doe slike reusing names...)

Hee. Well, he likes reusing actors, too, so I guess he's allowed. I think I'm going to like Toshi, but I'm not wild about Suzie, for no particular reason.

Also an INTJ. Which could explain the Dexter love;)

Apparently I am a ISTP, which makes me very antisocial and very protective of my personal space.

Good luck with the non-spoiler bit. I already apsoiled myself about the *mumbles mumbles* and the *mumbles mumbles*. I also started watching Dexter and I'm loving it and got the books, except then I learned the first book spoils for the end of the season so now I have a dilemma!

I think my favorite TW so far besides Jack are Suzie and Ianto. Ianto for Hidden Depths of Anguish and Darkness because that's awesome combined with coffee. And Suzie because... not reason, really. But isn't Suzie Costello a cool name?

I am INTP, so we are the same but I am more disorganised. :)

DO NOT MENTION BSG. We have no broadband at out new house in the wilds of Co Down so it would take 14 hours to download an episode. Woe.

Where are you working these days?

I'm an admin officer at a place that deals in giving people legal advice on homelessness'n'stuff, mostly working with Citizen's Advice Bureaux. Is a very nice place to work and the money's not bad. What are you up to?

Am working in CSA which is medical administration for NI. People are nice, work was fine until they went mad with 'Shiny new registering-patients-by-telnet-stuff! Let's change over in six months eleventyone1!', pay is a bit crap.

We aren't doing stuff that's much to do with physics, are we? :(

Nobody is apart from the PhD people and Jane at the hospital, at least nobody I saw at the reunion a while back...

I did not know she was there, which one?

I *think* she's at a hospital - not sure which one - but could be wrong, given tendency to get confused when 15 people are telling me what they're doing now in quick succession... (someone's a teacher and someone else is an assistant manager in Tesco, that's about all I can remember...)

Also, I am only about 5 episodes into season 1 of BSG. I can only watch it in wee doses as the camera makes me seasick. But I wish there was a spinoff where Roslin and Apollo fought crime on spaceships. Gaius could be their unhinge nemesis.

It would be just like Torchwood! Only with less gay and more Cylons.

Oh, is 'unhinge' like an infinitve of something? Gaius was unhinged, is unhinged, will be unhinged?

(Why do I not have a BSG icon? I could have one of Gaius with 'unhinge' written on it! Though I'd rather have one of Lee to look at, he's prettier.)

*snerk* Typo, I meant 'unhinged', but your explanation's better...

If you're only halfway through the first series, he unhinges more later, IMO. By what I hear of the new one, he's more unhinged still.

He looks suitably sinister in that one, doesn't he?

I was going to add, he also looks like a pair of scissors wouldn't go amiss. Starbuck has much better hair :-P

Um. Please to never go the Hannibal direction? At least not while we live in the same house?

(I is skeered now)
