I'm ten minutes into the second story of the 'Gallifrey' Doctor Who audio spinoff series. Romana has just ordered Leela to go undercover as a stripper. ("Least it's a Time Lord who's booked you, eh?" one of her coworkers tells her sympathetically: "they only want to watch.") Hurrah! I have high hopes for this series being gloriously trashy, but I fear that after this promising start it'll turn out to be serious and high-minded and worthy. *listens on*

*giggles madly* IT GETS BETTER. Also, I am really utterly shocked at the lack of Romana/Leela, I mean honestly.

Romana/Leela = so, so canon. I mean, I'm still sulking that Leela stayed on Gallifrey for bloody Andred rather than Rodan, who she actually had chemistry with, but if it leads up to her having crime-fighting shenanigans with President Romana, I'm all for it.
