I now have the assignment done, but the lab report: not so much. Meh. Every report I've handed in this year has been done the night before it's due (sometimes cutting it right to the wire), so it's only traditional my last report should go that way too.

I'm still disturbed that my conscience briefly came back. It manifested today when I was in Woolworths debating buying yet another DVD.
Shoulder-angel: For goodness sake, that would make ten DVDs this week!
Me: Oh, it's you. I thought the shoulder devils killed you.
S.ang: Yes, well, I had concussion for a bit...
Me: Hey, wait, why is my conscience Giles?
S. ang: Apparently this is the voice you associate with being sensible and grown-up.
Me: So why Giles and not my dad?
S. ang: ...you have met your father?
Me: Point.
S. ang: And that's another thing, you've never been outside of Europe, why on Earth do you talk like some ridiculous valley girl?
Me: I don't like you as my conscience. I'm replacing you with, let's see... Angel.

Except he turned evil and now I have three shoulder devils and no conscience, once again. Life is hard.
