Please please please tell me the names of the two ladies who do the packing and stacking. I remember Panjit with his forklift but not the ladies' names and this is the kind of thing I half-remember in pub arguments and then no one wins because no one else can remember either.
Ahem. That was a slightly overenthusiastic response for a TV programme about a anthropomorphised factory machine.
Oh, there was a massive collective shriek in my house, from both girls and boys, when we realised Bertha was on DVD. It is fab. I was worried watching it now would spoil my memories but it's even better than I remembered. I think I might have been subconsciously influenced to do a physics degree by the lovely blonde engineer.
The women are called Flo and... maybe Patsy? Will listen out for it.
Yay! Queen's University Belfast, MSci in Physics with Astrophysics, graduated last July. Currently working a temp job as a secretary till something in a physicsy field comes up, if it ever does *g*
:D University of Glasgow, BSc in Physics & Astronomy. I did a couple of rubbishy office-bitch jobs, then ended up as a secretary in my old physics department for a year and a half before coming here to Kent. I got fed up trying to find something physics-related I could do without a PhD, and decided to go into a different branch of science.
I wonder how many secretaries there are across the country with physics degrees?! That never gets mentioned in their graduate employment surveys...
