This is Five, in a rare happy moment.



Mostly, Five is not happy. He is quite frequently bemused, puzzled or startled.







Though he manages to look like quite the sexass while doing it.



Which may be why he gets into unintentionally sexy situations with his companions.





Or else they make him roleplay...



So sometimes he pretends to have a headache and has a nice cup of tea instead.



And they have no connection to anything but I love them: a very dodgy screencap of Turlough and a lovely publicity shot of him and Nyssa. *pets the pretty pretty Nyssa and Turlough*

I grew up seeing him on "All Creatures Great and Small" - so I already liked him. But I adored him as Doctor Who....sighhhhh.

Oh, and the actor - what I remember and loved most was when I was a young girl, he attended Dragoncon one year, and the local Atlanta PBS station showed him singing a parody song on stage, just him and a guitar - he had the audience in stitches. That was fabulous....

I love the series of promotional pictures of Turlough and Nyssa looking AWFULLY CLOSE. It's like, she's quite blatantly pressing her boobies onto his head. Why does Turlough always look so smug? Two reasons and they're both on Nyssa's chest. And the one where it looks like he's reading her love poetry but holding the Tardis manual makes me snicker, too. Have you seen those? If not, I shall have to dig 'em out, they're good XD

SQUIFFLE. I would love that; thank you! I already have Castrovalva, Earthshock and Caves of Androzani, and I've seen Five Doctors at your place. (Haven't watched Castrovalva yet. Suddenly being loaned all five full-length seasons of a show as excellent as Babylon 5 tends to put all other viewing on hold until you've got through the stack of DVDs, and still have a little over a season to go.)

Hey there, I'm just meandering over from your sign up post on Fanfic100. DW was my first fandom, back around when Peter Daviso was current (though as a teenager living in Chicago at the time, I only got to see The Five Doctors new, everything else was either months old at conventions, or years old on PBS). I still have a fair number of my old videotapes.

Your 5/Turlough icon caught my attention -- (I was seeing the slash potential there before I really knew what it meant). I'm really looking forward to reading your fics for it.
