First off, huge thanks to Glenn for downloading the episode for us.



This was a great episode. Parts were slow and pointless (everything with the demon executive could have been cut - Fred could so easily have cut herself while running from the motel) but there was humour, there was slashiness, there was karaoke... what more could I want?

Stuff I loved
The opening montage. Laughed my ass off when the music started playing.

I liked the Magic Bullet guy.

Angel and Wes holding hands!! Again, Jasmine = my type of deity.

"Winifred Burkle is a monster!" Hee. Love Wes's pointer. (Um, the thing we was using to tap the picture. Oh, that sounds almost as bad...)

Connor's Streisand obsession! He and Andrew should meet and have socially inept babies.

Open mic night was one of the funniest scenes I remember on the show. The duet to Mandy Jasmine had me in hysterics.

"What happened to those people?" "I ate them." "Cool!" *snerk*

My poor baby's tale of growing up in Quor-toth and Holtz leaving him in the wilderness. connorbeast's dad used to do that. Not tie him to a tree, but leave him in Mourne Park and go home. Which explains a lot of his personality, actually...

The whole damn scene with Wes "kidnapping" Connor made me swoon. Why exacly did Connor think Wes was taking him into a hotel room, and why did he keep giving him those flirty, oh-so-happy looks? Loved Wes touching his face, too. Mmm, Wescon.

I think I need a cigarette.

2) C'mon, if you'd had to deal with the Connorbeast as a child you'd have done it too. I mean, there's times now that you'd nearly do it and he's allegedly wised up...

You'll see it when we get back. 'Tis very good.

And Glenn and I abandoned Connorbeast in Castlecourt. When he found us again he was most pset that no strange men had tried to molest him.
