What does this all say about me:

I'm more into m/m slash than I thought? I like canon 'ships. I like pairings that at least have potential to be fun for both sides, either because they're friends or because they're snarky (sorry,

pun) rivals but not deadly enemies. Okay, rereading that, it sounds like "bring on the curtainfic". I can take mega angst, just not all the time, and I like banter and humour and the feeling that both parties actually care about each other (thinking about it, I've always been slanted towards friends-turned-lovers rather than deadly-enemies-turned-lovers, so I'm 'meh' on Harry/Draco but wouldn't mind reading Harry/Ron. Also, I need to write season 4 Buffy/Xander where Xander doesn't get superpowers of any kind, Riley is a good guy, and Spike are Anya are the bitchy Jack and Karen of the group, only with more sex. Yis.)

And I remember reading a innuendo-laden, episode style, script format fic which brought Kurt and Brian back in season 4. Now where was that link?

There's an episode where Lenny and Homer run away to an oilrig because Carl and Marge aren't appreciating them enough - at the end, as they're rescued from the blazing rig, Lenny refuses to come aboard the helicopter, saying there's nothing for him. "Don't be so sure," Carl says, appearing at the chopper door, and Lenny lets himself be rescued. Then there's the episode with the blackout, and Lisa's statement that when people look at the stars they see into their very souls. Mr. Burns sees money. Ned Flanders sees a cross. Lenny sees Carl. (Carl sees himself.)Then in the gay marriage episode, Homer runs out of couples to marry and decides he'll have to make some - "where are Lenny and Carl?" "Don't you push them," Marge sternly warns him. "They have to work that out for themselves."

Hee, the oil rig episode has another bit - Homer and Lenny drive by Mt. Carlmore, which Lenny carved out of rock "one magical summer." It's beautiful.

Annie Clearkin wrote The lost episode (http://www.geocities.com/weloveteachers/lostepisode.html) Brian and Kurt back in season 4. The end seems a little tacked on but there are some dialogue gems.

Lindsay (to Penny): Well, say if I said you were having an affair with someone, it wouldn't have to be true, would it? I could just be lying. But then again, the rumours about you having an affair with someone are nearly always true.

Kurt: I'm not wearing women's clothes!
Brian: Why not? You have before.
Kurt: I was DRUNK.
Brian: Didn't seem drunk to me.

Heee. Seriously, they would be the greatest megalomaniacal team *ever*. I want to see a human-insulting contest, Illyria's "the ooze that eats itself" against Zim's "filthy beasts of meat and hair."

I'm thinking this would work well for that point and laugh ficathon entry.

Have you ever taken a gander at Mistress Ace (http://www.jeneral.addr.com/ACE.htm)? She does B/R but she also has a fun fic called Heartbeat that is B/A/R with a even a bit of Spike thrown in.
