It's exceedingly hard to concentrate on thesis stuff when housemates are in your room arguing about comics.

thecount_ha says he wants a return to an older style of comics. 'Evolution, not revolution'. Less retcons and crises. And lower-cut tops.

connorbeast says he wants Tom Welling strapped to the bed and freshly lubed, but life's a bitch.

Dude, the three of us *met* because connorbeast was idly googling the names of people on his class and discovered thecount_ha belonged to a Strangers in Paradise messageboard. He dragged him home, they got me reading SiP too, and now we're one happy and perverse family.

They're not drawing Welling in comics, as far as I know, though I've seen Welling-as-Superman art by what'shisname, the famous Superman artist... Alex Ross?

Yeah, Alex Ross is the guy who drew Welling as Superman. As far as the comics go, no Superman has never been drawn to resemble Welling, hell not even the Smallville comic managed to make Clark look anything like him.
