Like most Americans, I first noticed him in Take That. Also like most Americans I forgot about him, even when he went solo and released some songs here. Then, 3 years ago I moved to Germany and lo and behold I discovered something...those Europeans are Robbie-crazy!! Everytime you turned around there was some kind of special with him on it. And, being sheepish sometimes, I fell in love with his sinister attraction. My husband did, too, so I had someone to share the love with! Robbie Williams also looks just like my hubby's best friend, which is even more fun.

I was about 12 when Take That broke up, so I was exactly the right age to be in love with Robbie - and, embarrassed as I sometimes am over it, I still love him. He's *Robbie*, with the bounciness and the swing music and the big not-all-that ambiguous hints about his sexuality.

He looks entirely too much like my older brother for me to fancy him, but I fangirl him nonetheless.
