To do:

- update the [livejournal.com profile] buffyverse1000
- get at least the fics from [livejournal.com profile] ats_endofdays and work out which episodes are done
- more music onto ipod
- find the rules of the Lord of the Rings drinking game where everyone plays a member of the Fellowship
- make myself more icons. I have to have one of Dobey and Bernie from Starsky and Hutch.* And Graham from BtVS. And Devon!

*Dobey is, obviously, the police captain. Quite simply he's the coolest man alive and all that [livejournal.com profile] connorbeast and I aspire to be. But he's relegated to second favourite S&H character after Bernie, who I believe is in one episode (The Fix) and has one important line ("my God, he's a junkie!"). He delivers this line with so much conviction that we just can't understand why he doesn't have his own spinoff. With Dobey. It'd be like Charlies' Angels. "My God, chief, the cheerleaders have started wrestling each other in jello!" And their archnemesis - the Catwoman to Dobey's Batman, if you will - would be played by Pam Grier wearing something cool.

It's possible we've put too much thought into this.

Most humble apologies, Doyle - you're still waiting on mine. I'm hoping to finish it next week - as far as it's concerned I've had a major block and can't get the ending sussed to my satisfaction. But I'll try my best. Sorry again!

Dude, I'm still waiting on *mine*, it's no problem. Especially when the entries that are in aren't on the archive yet... *g*

Dobey was a great man, man.

And have you seen the 'L' Word? Pam Grier is playing Jennifer Beale's recovering alcoholic older sister. And as if the idea of those two as sisters isn't mind boggling enough on its own, we also had footage of Pam making a truly terrible pop video to relaunch her singing career. And she keeps popping a beer when her sister isn't looking. It's class stuff.

...I must watch the L-Word. Squee!

You must! It's also packed full of girls making out with girls. :)

Ahahahahahahaha! If you find this, link me up?

I can't find it! Whine. We've ended up modifying a Fellowship drinking game we found somewhere to a Two Towers version.

I'm going to keep looking, but in the meantime, this thing (http://www.full-bloom.net/fun.php) is going to make sure I don't leave the house at all today. Ahahahahaha!

Um, my contribution (or rather the rest of it) will be delayed a bit. I'm guessing february, give or take. I'm up to my ears in real life stuff for now... but hopefully I'll find the chance to squeeze in few days of fannish activity soon. Sorry for the delay.

Has nothing to do with your post, but I have to tell you I grin every time I go past your icon . . .

Isn't it great? [livejournal.com profile] kattahj made it for me and I love it. Ethan's just so remorseless and cheerful. And "here's to me!" may be one of my life philosophies too, so it's all good.
