So Boris Johnson's been sacked 'following fresh allegations about his private life' (read: he's having an affair with a posh columnist for his magazine). There was an unpleasant moment while I was googling for the allegations, terrified that my view of lovable, cuddly old duffer Boris was about to be shattered. Too bad for his wife and kids, obviously, but I was guiltily relieved that it was just an affair. And he will return, I'm sure. If Boris ever becomes leader of the Tory party, Kevin and I are moving to England just so we can vote for him.

I want to be updating the End of Days archive right now, but I've remembered the medical physics homework due on Monday. Ugh. I don't understand these notes. Either my maths is very wrong or the this equation reduces to 7.5 x 7.5 = 1. That's just not right. I know the lecturer sent around a correction but surprise surprise, the uni webmail's down again.

:sigh: Diagnostic radiology is not my bag. Although the class about MRI scanners was fun just to hear how physicists view medical equipment ("and this bit here's the hole where you stick the patients in")

Yup. I'm trying out sentences in my head to make sure... This maths is too hard, I hate my maths homework, calculus is an important part of maths - yep.

There is more than one sum, so it's all plural.

All depends what you're used to. "You" as a plural always gets me (I default to "youse")

My ma has started a campaign to eradicate 'youse'. Boo, I say. We need a second person plural, since we stupidly got rid of 'thou' as the singular.
