Buffy is Betty, Cordy is Veronica, and Xander so wishes he was Archie. I get it now. That's why he occasionally wears sweater-vests.

Yes! (Jughead loves Archie. In one of the really early comics I read, he gets huffy because Archie wants to ask a *girl* to the prom. "Jughead, darling," I thought, "you're living in 1940s smalltown America. It's going to be a long while before Archie can ask you to the prom.")
