Your list of pairings is truly scary. Me, I'm a canon shipper all the way.
Hmm, for LotR: A/A, F/E--no slash!!!!!!!!!!!! And Beren/Lúthien is the coolest ever.
For Harry Potter: R/Hr, H/G, Bill/Fleur, Charlie/Cho (ok, that one's purely fanon.)
I will admit to having a sneeking fondness for Draco/Ginny, though. And AU!Luke/Leia in SW. That's AU where they aren't related, before you start calling me sick :)

If it was my show, Angel would have no curse and would never leave his bedroom. With the 13 pairings I have there and another 9 I'm sure I could make up (Andrew, Lorne, Gunn, Kate, Giles, Kennedy, Dawn, Drusilla and, okay, Buffy) I've got a full season!
