More auto-archive stuff. On Thursday, while avoiding work, I signed up for just about all of the archives on my list. The only ones I got a response from were Buffy/Giles, Fire and Ice and Extra Flamey (and I'm already registered at slayerfanfic.com, Near Her Always, Gifted, Notorious and Little Girl Lost). Since they're supposed to be automated responses, I assume it's something wrong with my email, but has anybody else had a problem registering with any of these sites?

Yeah, that happens to me a lot too -- it's something to do with the server and its mail software, I think.

What you do is email the admin, get them to set you a password, and then have them email you that password. Then it's smooth sailing from there.

Thanks! I'll go and do that now. (Though I've discovered that seeing stats on number of reads is pretty depressing - an old fic of mine on Near Her Always has apparently been looked at 850-something times and has 2 reviews)
