Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] girlfromsouth:

Give me 1000 comments in this entry. Or whatever, really. YOU, in particular, don't have to supply the whole 1000, but a tiny contribution would be nice. Then let me know if you post this in your journal and I'll return the favor.

Dudes, so this is your chance to spam me with anything! Pictures, lyrics, the word SPAM over and over. Feel free to tell me something about yourself, or screen your comments. Do whatever you want! It's all up to you.

Okay, so I realise 1000 is a tall number so just spam away and we'll see where we get up to. Please entertain me!

Entertain me while I tackle inability to make words come out right and try to get some of these ficathon entries done... You could tell me what strange pairings you're into, since I've been thinking lots about unconventional shipping today. Or anything. Go on.

Also contemplating a game of tag where the first person writes a drabble - 100 words or less - with a pairing and a word or requirement at the end, and the next person writes that one. Might try to instigate a game of that later tonight if the ficathoning goes badly.

ETA: Okay, the drabble tag's here, come and play.

Cute. And nope, I'm not even sure I've ever seen ads about it.

Angel only saw her once in this lifetime. Thank God he didn’t recognise her.

She had been convincing a posh lady to say the precious words. Next thing she knew the stupid dog had run off and a souled vampire was rescuing it from certain death. Of course, that ‘selfless act’ had restored the woman’s faith in men, go figure.

Anya had identified him. Yes, Angelus was a mere half-breed, a faulty one at that. But he was confused, lost and very pretty. She was only female and very pissed off, could anyone really blame her for what happened next?

Finally together, after all this time. Never again would they have to part. It had seemed strange at first, that their days should go be lazily, nothing but picnics in the flower covered meadows. Before, he had always had to fight the depression he seemed to sink so easily into, but now he felt only peace. He smiled down at Fred, who was curled up on his lap, her hair so softly falling across his legs. She wore a crown of braided flowers on her head as she listened to him read from his book of poetry. Heaven was wonderful.

Dawn's become disturbingly good at lying to everyone, and she's matured enough now to see it as a loss. Part of her wants to point out how natural it is, considering her entire childhood is a lie. She won't say it though. They've told her plenty of times that none of that matters and she pretends to accept it.

It does matter though, in a way they'll never understand. Connor gets it though, and never even bothers to brush her worries with words. Instead he presses her to him, proving their existence with his kisses.

With him, she feels real.
