Give me 1000 comments in this entry. Or whatever, really. YOU, in particular, don't have to supply the whole 1000, but a tiny contribution would be nice. Then let me know if you post this in your journal and I'll return the favor.
Dudes, so this is your chance to spam me with anything! Pictures, lyrics, the word SPAM over and over. Feel free to tell me something about yourself, or screen your comments. Do whatever you want! It's all up to you.
Okay, so I realise 1000 is a tall number so just spam away and we'll see where we get up to. Please entertain me!
Entertain me while I tackle inability to make words come out right and try to get some of these ficathon entries done... You could tell me what strange pairings you're into, since I've been thinking lots about unconventional shipping today. Or anything. Go on.
Also contemplating a game of tag where the first person writes a drabble - 100 words or less - with a pairing and a word or requirement at the end, and the next person writes that one. Might try to instigate a game of that later tonight if the ficathoning goes badly.
ETA: Okay, the drabble tag's here, come and play.

on 2004-06-19 04:37 pm (UTC)THE GAME WAS FREAKIN' BRILLIANT SO I DON'T CARE ABOUT GERMANYS CHANCES.... THOUGH THERE IS STILL HOPING FOR A MIRACLE!

on 2004-06-19 04:44 pm (UTC)Hey, Germany's still got hope to knock out those damn Dutch! There's no way the Czechs will be anywhere near as fine form when they play you as they were tonight, after all - sure, they're the *only* team in the entire tournament who's qualified already. And you do have Kahn, Master of the Goaliness. And that Kuranyi's bloody good, even if he should have got the red card against Holland for that blatant handball last week.

on 2004-06-19 04:52 pm (UTC)But did you know that Kahn had some troubles over the year? He made some pretty dumb mistakes in the league tournaments - so we are kinda apprehensive if he'll be as brilliant as two years ago. *sigh* Watching soccer steals all my time. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

on 2004-06-19 05:04 pm (UTC)I was so psyched about the Swiss meltdown against England because Ireland's fucking qualifying group in September for '06 is them, Greece, and FRANCE. Gah! We're a good team! I mean, our star player and captain got fired (and is back now, I might add) a few days before World Cup '02 began, and we *still* made it to the second round and only lost out during the penalty shoot-out! We deserve to be in '06, but Greece have shown they're a tough side.
I hadn't heard about Kahn's trouble, no (again me with the soccer blindness between international tournaments. If it wasn't for Sky News, I wouldn't know *anything* that's happened in soccer since the Cup) but I'm sure he's still a great goalie. He can take those Czech strikers!

on 2004-06-19 05:11 pm (UTC)You have to play against France, Greece and Switzerland? That should be easy pie... The Greece are just pretending to be tough! You do have to make it, I remember enjoying some Irish game in '02. Also, Irish people are fun and there will be lot's of them in Germany, when you make it :-)
But for now it's bed time for me...I'm dead tired!
*yawns*
Jubilation!
