Hmm, much as I love my Angel-and-Spike-looking-angsty-on-a-bridge, I thought it was time for a new default. It was a toss-up between Illyria and my beloved Knox.

(And my mp3 player just fired up Jessie's Girl. I think I *am* Knox. Who, incidentally, is not dead. He was just resting and he crawled away to recover after the battle. He may or may not have given up on Illyria and converted to Scientology.)

Hi.

You don't know me. But I'm posting this message because I was wondering to myself if I shouldn't maybe go through the people on Selena's (kitsune76) livejournal friends list, in order to make sure that they know she is ill. Because it suddenly struck me that it would be quite horrible if somebody didn't know because they didn't happen to have myself or Roz on their friends list.

So. That's the purpose of this message. If you're on Sels friends list, then I guess you must know her, and I just wanted to make sure that you knew.

And I suppose while I'm here, I could also point you towards:

Thank you. I'm sure she would appreciate it very much.

Selena has acute lymphocytic (sp?) leukemia, she was diagnosed a week past tuesday. If you want to keep in touch with how she's doing, then Roz's or my own livejournals would probably be the best place.

I did kinda half suspect that maybe people wouldn't connect the name to the username, so, thank you for letting me know that my time spent here was not in vain.
