Angel or Spike?
Angel *and* Spike. With oil involved. Okay, Angel, since I love my big broody doof.
Buffy or Willow?
Early years, Willow. After about season 5, no preference.
Fred or Cordelia?
Cordelia. Which is strange because Fred is (a smarter version of) me. She's my Mary Sue. But I don't think she ever had a moment that got to me like Cordy saying "what, I can't have layers?"
Xander or Oz?
Eh... Xander. I love Oz, but I don't think I get him enough (this is why he's the one character I find next to impossible to write)
Lilah or Lindsey?
Till this season I would have said Lindsey, but I'm going for Lilah. I didn't realize how much the show needed her until Home. (She's another character I can't write, because she's so complex. And I'm a hack *g*)
Giles or Joyce?
Damn you! Joyce is fantastic and needs her own spy-mommy spinoff but I have to go for Giles. For the sexy.
Wesley or Gunn?
Wesley. Because AD is a superb actor and because the change in Wes from season 3 Buffy to now is incredible.
Anya or Tara?
Anya. I don't dislike Tara, exactly: I love her in a lot of fanfic, for example. Show-wise, I think she had depths beyond being the loving forgiving Earth mother but we didn't get to see them (at least not enough. I loved the glimpse we got in Tabula Rasa when she yelled at Willow). Loving forgiving Earth mother is nice, but there's not a lot of variety to that. I love Anya's confusion about the world and how she gradually grows into her humanity. Plus, you know, blunt sex talk.
Connor or Dawn?
Making me choose between my babies! Connor. Poor little bonbon, he really did just get fucked over his whole life.
Kate or Jenny?
Neither of them made a huge impact on me, but I suppose Jenny. Though I would have liked Angel/Kate to happen.
Darla or Drusilla?
Darla. I loved her arc of being brought back human and getting turned again and all the high tragedy of Angel failing to save her. And her being the Most Beautiful Woman on Earth (TM) doesn't hurt. Buffy w/Angel, Spike, Riley, Parker, or Scott?
Y'know, I'm going to say Riley, because they were a good couple, dammit. (Parker's obviously out because he's a bastard, and Scott's gay, and Angel and Spike are running away to get married in San Francisco and... what was the question again?)
Angel w/Buffy, Fred, Cordelia, Eve, Darla or Drusilla?
Darla. The dream dance in Caritas - greatest. scene. ever.
Fred w/Wesley, Gunn, Angel, Spike, or Knox?

I want to say Kennedy because nobody else will, and because I love that relationship, but Oz wins the day. They were adorable (but with so much potential for being deliciously fucked up if Oz had been around circa season 6, with his wolfness and her control freak issues and her magic)

Once More With Feeling. (Followed by CWDP, because - Holden!)
What episode did you cry the most in?
On repeated viewings, The Body, because I literally can't rewatch it. First time viewing, Chosen.
What episode do you wish you could erase?
Doublemeat Palace :shudders: (I started watching in season 6 and I usually love Jane E's stuff, but I hated that episode. Nearly bailed from watching the show altogether. Very glad I didn't, of course.)

Spike.
Who is your least favorite character?

What is your favorite overall episode?
Home. Even though it's jarring how Wolfram & Hart looks nothing like it does all of 19 days later in season 5.
Who is your least favorite character?
Eve. With the caveat that I quite liked her in A Hole in the World (that's as far as I've seen) and that I squirm uncomfortably whenever people tear into the actress.
What episode were you most surprised by?
Are You Now Or Have You Ever Been. I'd never been overly fond of Angel as a character, all the way through Buffy and AtS season 1. This episode, the Angel-love hit me like a truck (he just edges out Wes and Spike as my favourite Jossverse character ever ever). I know a couple of other people who have named the same episode as what changed their opinion on the character. Just can't figure out exactly why...
If Angel and Spike had a rematch, would Spike still win?
Depends what they were fighting over. If it's cavemen and astronauts, then yes. Yes, he would. If Angel was a puppet, then he would win.
