Y'know, if there's no hope of saving Angel for a season 6, they really need a spinoff. And my friend Glenn has the perfect idea - an Odd Couple type sitcom with Illyria moving in with a mysteriously-resurrected Glory/Ben.

I'd watch it.

(ETA: [livejournal.com profile] connorbeast points out that this was actually his idea. They're all the same person to me.)

Hell, I'd probably WRITE it.

Heh. I would watch it, but then that's not saying much as I would watch pretty much anything with the Whedonverse characters.

Now I totally want to see someone write this. *shakes head* Crazy plotbunnies flying all over the place lately.

Hee!

You know, the first thing I said after the appearance of Illyria was "I want to see how she interacts with Glory"...

*daydreams*

Which is why I adore you so.

Maybe a mysteriously resurrected Jasmine could be their wacky neighbor.

No. The true Odd Couple is Dawn and Andrew rooming together in college -- sort of a nouveau Will&Grace.

"Girlfriend, that shirt is ALL wrong for you to wear to that fraternity party tonight! Get your sweet ass over here and let's magic you up a new one."

Oh I'd love that! Then again, I'm a sucker for Dawn-Andrew friendship.
