Blech. I'm still sick. Missed class again this morning and I'm trying really hard this semester to be good and not miss anything. This is an odd sickness that means I'm fine during the day but wake up at four in the morning heaving. Is not very nice.

Also I dreamed mrmonkeybottoms called me a hack and a terrible writer and I cried and Fandom Wank mocked us both.

My Xanderslashficathon entry's about halfway done (I've been so stalled on this, this is maybe my sixth attempt). Problem is I'm in Belfast and my net access is restricted to the library opening hours, so I might be posting tomorrow morning (GMT) rather than tonight. Grovelly apologies to willshenillshe, I'll get it up ASAP.

My Normal Again Ficathon's been done for weeks, thank goodness.

- My gladness to have CK back has sadly become less than my grrness over what's been done to his character. Because his motivations flat out don't make sense.





What was the character brief for Hamilton? 30s, good-looking, something like that? Anyone else thinking/hoping the actor who played Simon in Firefly?

I so hope the spec about Darla coming back is true. Because - Darla. Only I would burn out both the laptop and PC making screencaps.

Oh, I agree very much with your three points about Your Welcome. I can only assume Lindsay's motivation is his unrequited love for Angel, but unrequited is pushing it...;) I'm hoping very much there's more to that story, because it would be such a shame if such a fantastic character was brought back for nothing more than some bizarre revenge storyline.

:p Not for the traditional reason one gets morning sickness, I assume, since I'm not religious and I haven't seen a star in the East... *g*

And you should do a PhD. I don't know if I want to do one since I don't have my lab component till next year (if I get into next year, touch wood) but it's another three years at Queen's, yay!

I wanted to walk into the ME offices, shake them all vigorously, and yell, 'You finally got it right, you morons! You finally got what that ship was about! You couldn't have done this before?!!' But I'm glad they got a great send-off. *sniff*
