Right now my dad is playing some sort of Simon and Garfunkel medley on his guitar. In the bathroom.

This is why, any time I do anything that might be considered a little strange - like announcing that I want to be a shark when I grow up - my mum gives him that look that quite clearly says "she gets it from you". (My dad's reaction on that occasion was a very interested "what kind of shark?")

Going to be away till late Wednesday night, so sorry if I don't answer emails or comments. ambitch, was it you who wanted a Buffy/Cordy story betaed? Did you send it? My email's been eating attachments so I might not have received it.

Hmm, wonder who unfriended me just now...

Just so you know, bathrooms have tile floors and sometimes tile walls, and thus they bounce back much of the sound of a guitar, something most rooms don't. It isn't that weird, says the guitarist, to play guitar in a bathroom.

I've done that. I don't do that, which is to say it's not a regular thing. I don't have a guitar stand next to the towel rack or anything.

My thoughts are, hey, there are worse things he could be doing in there. He could be playing banjo. ::grins::
