Okay, I've only read these two so far, but they rock damn hard.

Black Sheep Run by minim_calibre - Connor/Fred. This one was written for me, and it's gorgeous. I love this slightly creepy Connor who knows exactly what he's doing, and Fred's great too.

These Reasonable Taboos by glossing - Connor/Wes, for ros_fod. If I wasn't already gloss's bitch for Book of Daniel, this would have swung it. Set between season 3 and 4, it has an absolutely perfect Connor voice and a believable Connor/Wesley relationship.

ETA: I know everyone's seen the Nick Brendon pictures. Now, these are fairly horrific, but doubly so if, like me, you're familiar with a Northern Ireland sitcom called Give My Head Peace. Nick is Uncle Andy. He has the hair, the glasses, the terrifying 70s facial hair... I may have to track down a screencap to compare the two.

Wheee! So glad it came off all right. And now that the challenge is over, I can confess that, in addition to your Connor-centric drabbles, it was this assignment that got me into the pretty little thang. When I received it, I freaking *panicked*. But looking up ros_fod's "My Connor" and reading both of your musings converted me more quickly than really seems humanly possible. And for that, I am so grateful.

I hadn't seen the pics of Nick. To be honest, I could have lived without *ever* seeing those pics of Nick. My first thought: When did Nick turn into Lemmy from Motorhead?

That is the most frightening thing I have ever seen. I'm just... awed, by the horror of that facial hair.
