doyleOkay, this Sandman fic - Sleep for Grief, by Melymbrosia - just made me cry my eyes out, which is odd for a little story about libraries. It's not necessary to have ever read Sandman; if you love books this one's highly recommended.
Also thought I'd pimp my favourite Trek (DS9) fic ever. It's called Jeu-Parti (the trilogy's made up of Orfeo, Eye of the Storm and Anslem) and it's Jake Sisko/Original Male Character. It owes a lot to Anne Rice's Cry to Heaven and is a totally superb novel.
