I was interested in the percentages, so had a look at the figures of requested vs written pairings. (The figures are rounded to the nearest percentage point, so they don't add to exactly 100)

m/m slash: 48%
het: 36%
f/f slash: 12%
threesome: 5%
Written
m/m slash: 49%
het: 34%
f/f slash: 13%
threesome: 4%
