Universal.

God is gracious.
3. What does your last name mean?
Victory of the people.
4. So what does your name mean when put together?
The people are victorious because God is wholly gracious?
5. What would you have been named if you were the opposite gender?
Probably Lawrence, since my brother got the other family names.
6. Any other name oddities?
I was almost a Holly or a Serendipity (my father was talked out of it). My net name isn't because of the character on Angel, it's gaelic for stranger and I was using it on non-fandom boards, so it kind of stuck. If I was picking now, it'd probably be Hathaway.
