connorbeast, marymac and her boyfriend watching Pretty Woman, which I think everyone else on the planet but me had already seen. Good movie, though I'd have enjoyed if more if CB hadn't tried telling me that it ends with Julia Roberts' horrific murder. That lead to me pitifully whimpering through the last fifteen minutes. I'm willing to put money on there being an AU Spuffy of Pretty Woman out there somewhere, but since I was mentally recasting with Spike as Julia Roberts and Angel as Richard Gere, I can't really complain. (It works very well with Wesley and Connor too, but I think the Connorbeast and I are the only two who want those two to get it on).
Come to think of it, I'd probably read the AU Spuffy of Pretty Woman. But I'd do it in secret. Shh. I'm one of those people who shamefully reads some of the high school AUs. And on that, a story that I'm surprised nobody has written yet: a LOTR AU. No hobbits, no rings of power. And they're all in high school!

On the agenda this week - renting Titanic for purposes of MSTing. After Gangs of New York, Leo must be mocked.
