First Entry into Virgin Territory... or, well, not.

I swore I'd be happy with the plain old dreambook blog, but LJ finally lured me in. Damn them and their pretty, pretty icons. This was just about the only way I could excuse the sheer number of Andrew icons on my desktop. I do love that boy.

Speaking of, this week's Buffy was pretty good, wasn't it? Not as excellent as some of this season, mind you, but for an episode that had to move along quite a bit of plot, it did okay. Oh, who am I kidding, it had two moments that made my day: "she believes in me", and the Xander/Andrew bonding moment over Wonder Woman (!) comics. Aww, my boys are getting along.

I swear, if Joss gives me Xandrew I'll never be mean about him again. I'll bombard every TV network with demands to pick up Firefly. I'll babysit the new little Joss Jr (congratulations to the Whedons, by the way). I'll even pretend that ConCord sex over on AtS doesn't make me want to rip out my eyes and dunk them in acid. Just one little moment of Xandrew, Joss, please!

Anyway, since I've had a thoroughly unproductive day, I'll sign off. Many, many thanks to Ali at Crumbling Walls for comping me the code for this little endeavour. Now I have to go and catalogue my Spuffy file, which is getting somewhat... large. (6000 files, at last count, in something like 1100 folders. One day it will gain artificial intelligence and take over the world, but hey-ho.)

I got Legolas! Excuse me while I drool happily in a corner... Mm, he was especially delicious in The Two Towers, wasn't he? And as someone who completely didn't get a slashy vibe between him and Aragorn in Fellowship, I was blown away here. Arwen who? (Actually I'd like to say that anyway. Liv Tyler's parts were the weakest of the whole movie, IMHO. Marry Legolas, Aragorn! Okay, if it must be a girl, marry Eowyn. I want to be Eowyn when I grow up.)
